My siblings and I, all went to this office since 2009. Dr. Bassey is an amazing doctor, I have no complaints about her. My complaint is about how unorganized the office staff is... They can't ever get a referral right. The name is spelled wrong and/or the description is completely wrong... Overall very lazy. There's no way we have to come to the office multiple times for a revised referral due to our insurance not being accepted. We can't even get a revised referral sometimes mostly because apparently the staff that handles ... read more
