Can't speak highly enough of the staff here! Jeff and Eric are also incredible. Great food, great times!
RecommendedI’m have good time with my family
The service was quick but not attentive. I sat needing a refill of water for most of my meal. We had Eggs Benedict and a Reuben which were both subpar. The fries that came with my Reuben were soaked in oil and cold and when we alerted the waitress to this at the end of our meal (because that is the next time we saw her after the food came out) she just nodded and handed us the check. The meal was disappointing all around. it was our first time there and I doubt we would go back to give the place a second chance.
The new menu is excellent. The murals, refurbished outside seating, and fantastic food make this a great central hub in Poolesville.
Very accommodating and quick to serve our group of 20+.

I love you Bassetts. And your new owners are doing great things with the menu. However, since you opened up the bar to the patio, which looks awesome btw....it's hotter than......I won't say the bad word.... :-) in the bar! Your bartenders are red faced and overheating every time I go in there during the day and it's so uncomfortable sitting there in the heat as a customer :-( Please tell me you guys have a rolling portable ac coming in soon??
The service was great the food was great. All around professional. Also was a cozy comfortable spot. We will be back!
