i love these folks and everything they are doing to help me get stronger..yes they push me and yes they expect my all while i'm there and sometimes i am real sore later but (NO PAIN NO GAIN) and that's why i can't say enough about them.i will leave here soon and i can leave knowing i have the tools to help myself feel better and strengthen my core on my own.Degenerative disc disease cannot be cured but it can be easier to live with if you have the proper therapy and great people to support you.i love my BPT family and i give... read more
