I have a history of brain tumors. Since the radiation of one and ressection of the other, Dr Chen has been my primary eye dr. She is always attentive, very professional. She is quick to address my needs. She listens well, gives clear directions and is easy to understand. She admonishes me when necessary. For a long time, I was lazy about using eye drops and lubricant. I need her direct, strict, personable care.
Doctor Christina A Chiang was short and clipped. I was rushed the entire visit and received the wrong prescription because of this. When flipping through the vision slides (which she was doing quickly), She seemed annoyed and sighed when I asked her to go over the slide again.
