Out of all the realtors I have ever dealt with, Mike Sims takes the cake for the worst realtor. I can respect playing hardball but I have no tolerance for a realtor that lies and makes up stories to make a sale or earn commission. I have never seen anything like it and I really don't understand the reason for it. All it got him is no deal so I hope it was worth it. This experience will keep me from ever working with this company as a buyer or seller.
I just have to say that Mary Bassett and Patsy Chance are the best team to sell a house that can be found! These two ladies worked day and night and even while on vacation to get the job done for me! Mine was a challenge due to many complexities and they met that challenge in a superb way!
