Outstanding service. Knowledgeable staff. I had a low voltage issue with my gas furnace that two other companies said would likely need to have the whole unit replaced. I scheduled a diagnostic service with Bassett Home Heating for another opinion. Jiwon came to the appointment on time and was able to find and fix the problem within 30 minutes.
Our 20 year old air conditioner stopped working due to a compressor failure and we evaluated 3 other quotes before finalizing Bassett Home Heating. John Bassett and his team are amazing! Quality work. They show up when they promise, they focus on the work and finish quickly. Also our crawl space is only 15” deep and they have completed two jobs for me. I would always recommend them! This is my new on demand hot water heater!
Excellent service call. Very professional, kind, and informative. Our furnace hadn't been maintained in a LONG time, so he really had to scrub at the burners to get them clean. They tested the controls and added sanitizer pellets to my condensation pump. The bill was appropriate and reasonable. All in all, I couldn't ask for a better service.
