This is an experienced family-owned business that is friendly, capable and, importantly, reasonably priced compared to many of the HVAC companies out there these days that are owned by private equity firms. Those OTHER companies are always suggesting unnecessary, expensive repairs. Even if a repair was warranted, I would have the repair done by Bassett who would do it for a much more reasonable price. Over the top impressed with Bassett. They were kind, personable and quick to respond to my inquiry, identify the issue and fix it the same day at a fair price. I had a Google Nest thermostat that no longer recognized my Heat Pump. I could’ve replaced the thermostat myself, however since this was my first HVAC/Furnace issue in my house I wanted a professional. Bassett has been our go to for all things heat and AC for two decades. This is a family run business, I always get an immediate response when I call. John has come by after hours and on weekends to take care of problems. Professional, reliable, and super kind people!

John Bassett and his team are amazing! Quality work. They show up when they promise, they focus on the work and finish quickly. Also our crawl space is only 15” deep and they have completed two jobs for me. I would always recommend them! This is my new on demand hot water heater!

Excellent service call. Very professional, kind, and informative. Our furnace hadn't been maintained in a LONG time, so he really had to scrub at the burners to get them clean. They tested the controls and added sanitizer pellets to my condensation pump. The bill was appropriate and reasonable. All in all, I couldn't ask for a better service. Thanks for taking such good care of us, Bassett!
