Best In Town I wanted a Trane! I got a Trane! I have a contactor that knows what he is doing, not like some fly-by-nights that come and go! Bassett Heating, Cooling & Refrigeration is committed to my cares regarding the unit and acts more like a friend than a contractor!
I had previously had a minor complaint with Bassett Heating, Cooling & Refrigeration, but they have gone out of their way to make it right. I am not sure if I've ever been given such great customer service by another company.
We have a service agreement with Bassett Heating, Cooling & Refrigeration, They do the greatest job on their maintenance. Their Tech s pull everything apart and clean it. Also, they make sure my permanent filter is always clean. My husband and I are extremely impressed with the work they do and even when we had a new Tech Sam it was the same great work.
Amazing This is to thank you for the excellent service your Service Advisor provided to me recently. My air conditioner was malfunctioning, he checked out the system, diagnosed the problem, and corrected it. He was competent and courteous. I would certainly recommend your company based on his performance.
good job – I just had my first A/C check and the service tech that came out was great. William answered all my questions and was really friendly. I received a follow up call from a customer service rep to make sure everything was to my satisfaction, and it was. Based on my experience, I would recommend Bassett Heating Cooling to my family and friends.
I m very happy with my new Trane XL15i system. I don t hear my new system running when it is on. The first time I used my Trane system it cooled the house down in minutes. The old system took alot longer to cool the house.
amazing – Update needed a new ac called them and the service was outstanding once again . I moved to a new home in Carol Stream and I called the local office in my area .I was so happy that they serviced my area I was concerned that I would have to find someone else .As always great service and the price was great I used a 25 off coupon !!!!!
