You're nurse Veronica Armstrong that works there, needs to concentrate on us sick people and stay off her phone, very unpleasant and sad constantly texting and taking pictures of herself instead of caring for people

Not a fan of this hospital and Bassett. The ER treated us like crap. If you have cancer go somewhere else. They waited too long to give my wife treatment. They scheduled tests 3 months in advance instead of referring them somewhere else.
Very professional, courteous, and capable staff. Most appreciative of the care I received.
