Calling from an independent provider office, I spoke with Jenna Banks in Medical Records today regarding a mutual patient. Jenna was so incredibly helpful and forthcoming with the information being requested. Her knowledge aided in a successful assist in treating the patient who traveled quite a distance to get to us. The patient had xrays last month and was in so much pain and other providers have been unable to diagnose her issue. A very comfortable caring and clean place to go to see doctors for your special tests, needs and problems. You usually get referred here from your primary doctor and then the results will go back to your primary doctor to be discussed with you.
Very short wait. Very good doctor and nurses.
I've been going here for years for a variety of specialists especially my eyes. My only complaint now is that the eyewear Center no longer accepts my insurance. It was always great to be able to go directly from my eye appointment across the waiting room if I needed my new glasses picked out and I can no longer do that so I have to find a separate location to do that through now which is a huge inconvenience.
