I was seen today in the RF Clinic to establish as a new patient with Danielle Gibbs. I am highly impressed with everything! The staff were wonderful, the facility is clean and the front desk ladies were smiling and positive greeting me, I did not have to wait to be seen, I was called within a few mins to be put in a room. They don't know how to use a phone to call with results. Last time I got lab work done in March the last of it was uploaded into their system in June and I was never contacted with my lab work until my next appointment in person. They don't respond to messages in their portal so I don't know why they even have it. Just a horrible horrible place and not just Richfield springs the Herkimer offices too.
Love this place, they are very understanding and patient. I love the nurses there! I travel almost an hour just to get here but it def worth it !

I made a google account to personally rate this clinic. The staff are all very nice, the main Doctor is knowledgeable, kind and pretty. However, when I had an option of getting my blood work done. I didn’t want it but the doctor convinced me to. After a week I was called to come and talk about the blood work. I went in spoke with the nice lady for 3 mins about it and left. Afterwards I was told I would be charged a co pay, I am very unhappy that I have to pay for a follow up appointment on blood work. I know I am giving a 2 ... read more
