They don't know how to use a phone to call with results. Last time I got lab work done in March the last of it was uploaded into their system in June and I was never contacted with my lab work until my next appointment in person. They don't respond to messages in their portal so I don't know why they even have it. Just a horrible horrible place and not just Richfield springs the Herkimer offices too.
Love this place, they are very understanding and patient. I love the nurses there! I travel almost an hour just to get here but it def worth it !

I made a google account to personally rate this clinic. The staff are all very nice, the main Doctor is knowledgeable, kind and pretty. However, when I had an option of getting my blood work done. I didn’t want it but the doctor convinced me to. After a week I was called to come and talk about the blood work. I went in spoke with the nice lady for 3 mins about it and left.
