Please put the dang phone back on the hook! Why does it always go to a busy tone when I call. Is it only the days when I call?!? Geesh!
My husband is a patient. He has a serious issue and this office cannot seem to send referrals to the specialists he needs. He has called 5+ times and each time he calls they claim they are sending these referrals. Once we call specialists to set up appointments, we are told no- nothing was sent, cover letter only, etc. I would not recommend the office if your loved one would need specialty appointments and extra consideration. They also have his very common name listed as a patient twice, and often claim he "isn't a patient ... read more
