Was my primary for <6 months. Past a certain level of complexity (anything more than a common cold) they instantly become wildly incompetent. Nurse Practitioner (there are zero actual doctors here, only NPs and PAs) met with me twice over the 6 months for <5 minutes each. The second meeting she complained she had other patients after exactly 2 minutes of conversation and then walked back over to sit in her office. They're great. All my Dr's are through Bassett and all there staff is great. Highly recommend.
without exception, every person I have worked with has been exceptional, regardless of their job titles. I consider my self very lucky to have my medical appointments there. I will add that Bill McCue is near perfect. he is a great listener and explains things in a clear way. I have no hesitation in giving Bassett Herkimer a 5 star rating.
