Noticing a frequent and growing pattern of incomptence among staff (particularly the receptionists!) I don't know if it's because they're new and can't comprehend the topic at hand or because they don't care about their jobs, but they will ignore and misinterpret anything you try to ask about.
Was my primary for <6 months. Past a certain level of complexity (anything more than a common cold) they instantly become wildly incompetent. Nurse Practitioner (there are zero actual doctors here, only NPs and PAs) met with me twice over the 6 months for <5 minutes each. The second meeting she complained she had other patients after exactly 2 minutes of conversation and then walked back over to sit in her office.
