EDIT: I reached out to a supervisor who apologized, (her name may have been Lin), promised me that we did nothing wrong and that she is going to retrain some people. They made this right. But for reference here is my original review. They called me for my kids 7:30 appointment at 7:15 and told me they had to reschedule. because the provider was sick .I call that a "no call no show" on their end. 😂 They gave us a 7:00 appointment the following week. Our kid was really sick, we tried to call and reschedule at 6:30, 6:50, etc.... read more

He listens without rushing, really hears what I’m saying, and takes time to understand how I feel. You can tell he genuinely has empathy for his patients and wants to help.
