The quality control of basset has gone down as well as their customer service. Do not order from them. For the price you pay for furniture, I except better. I received a chair that was stained wrong and sloppy as well as cuts in the fabric. I requested a refund because of distrust and after months of communication, I’m left with a chair that I paid full price for but is in poor quality. I was very excited to get a fresh new dining room look during this COVID outbreak. I decided to go to Bassett because we purchased from them years ago. I had also felt that I wanted furniture that last for a long time. I thought long and hard about how I wanted my dining room to look before I decided to Bassett.
