Outstanding Design The design consultant at the Fredericksburg Bassett was outstanding. Not only did she know the furniture inside and out, she was such a pleasure to be in the company of! She made our experience delightful! We now have the most beautiful dining room and family room. The furniture is of the highest of quality and we can rest assured that it will stay that way with the additonal protection we purchased. Great selection Very good quality furniture with a great selection of fabrics to personalize your couch or chair. We purchase a chair and matching ottoman and are very pleased. They delivered on time and the chair is beautiful!
Furniture Buyer Purchased a credenza on 3/28/10. Told it would be 30 days before delivery. 4/1/10 called to cancel the furnture order and was told no cancellation are allowed on special orders. This piece of furniture was on the floor. Spoke to Customer Service and Store Manager. This will be dispruted. Other furniture stores I talked to will accept a cancellation before delivery. Have other people had this problem and how was it resolved.
