From the moment we walked through the door our shopping experience was exceptional. Our situation necessitated special arrangements and the Bassett family were very understanding and accommodating. Thank you Bassett team for going above and beyond in making our dream purchase a pleasurable experience.
Mostly a good shopping experience. Salesperson came to our home, measured, took note of colors, and put together some fabrics to help us choose. A bit of a pricing issue after we had picked everything out, but we chose new fabrics to avoid paying extra. Delivery was on time and courteous.
The sales staff at Bassett Temecula assisted me in choosing fabrics and furniture for my family room that make it look like a showroom. The experience was very pleasant and they made the selection so easy. I would highly recommend.
Experience was positive. Only hiccup was that our table arrived with cracked corners. The delivery person saw the cracks, photographed them, & said a new tabletop would be delivered. I got a call later that day confirming a new tabletop will be delivered soon. I was impressed with how Bassett proactively handled this issue & would definitely buy from Bassett again.
My husband and I visited the store several times before we made our decision. The sales people were helpful but in no way pushy, I really appreciated that. And the delivery men did a nice job and were friendly.

Farah Ghorbani was the wonderful salesperson who helped us. She has great taste and searched for precisely what we wanted. Matt Huffman and all others were courteous and kind as well. The delivery of our sofa was prompt, at the earlier end of the time frame given. A great experience overall.
Lynne' Berry was very helpful in helping me choose furniture for a bed room make-over. She knows the merchandise and how to put pieces together for a good fit. Everyone in the store was helpful and pleasant . When I need furniture I will go to Bassett first.
Our experience with designer Annette was delightful. She was professional and informative. We received delivery of our sectional two weeks earlier than we were quoted and the delivery/set-up was faultless. It has been a pleasure doing business with Bassett in Temecula!
