Good quality We bought a full bedroom set about 3 years and decided to go back because of the quality of the furniture that is sold. Also you totally get what you pay for. Customer Service is exceptional.
They did an excellent job We had a good experience at the Bassett location here in Temecula. We were concerned about either the bed frame would fit up our narrow staircase. The manager came to our home (the day we ordered) to measure the area and assured us that if there was an issue, we could canc our order with no problems. Very informative and kind! We stopped in Bassett Furniture in Temecula while looking for a new bed. Roxann greeted us, directed us to where the mattress's were and answered all our questions. One thing I really appreciated about Roxann was if she didn't know the answer, she said so then wen to find out. She also gave my husband and I the respected space we needed to discuss things and was not pushy in any way. We have purchased from this store before and will continue to shop there for our needs.
Wonderfu! I have bought from Bassett many times in the past. This is my first purchase from the Temecula store. We ordered several items some of which were special order. We were told the special order items would take 4-6 weeks, but they arrived early and were available for delivery in 2 weeks. The delivery guys were great and took care to not damage the walls when moving the furniture. They even helped me level the media center we bought. Shop without hesitation I purchased an entertainment center, 3 pieces in all. There are 2 end pieces and a center piece with glass door fronts, lovely maple wood finish. The pieces arrived as promised, before Christmas and look wonderful in place. The pieces are higher than standard table height which will work well for a large TV. terrific and very courteous I saw the furniture I wanted online and went in the Temecula store to sign my credit card. While there I met Sharon who was friendly, professional and truly helped with my process and finding more furniture that I needed. It was a very pleasant experience. I even had terrific delivery - again professional and very courteous. Thank you for a job well done .
What an experience! After looking for a couch and having no luck we tried Bassett and are we glad we did!! You can tell just walking into the store that the products are much better quality. Of course you get what you pay for so the prices are higher than others but well worth it in quality and customer service. We found the perfect couch, it is so beautiful and very comfortable, I will be a customer for life!
From the moment we walked through the door our shopping experience was exceptional. Our situation necessitated special arrangements and the Bassett family were very understanding and accommodating. Mostly a good shopping experience. Salesperson came to our home, measured, took note of colors, and put together some fabrics to help us choose. A bit of a pricing issue after we had picked everything out, but we chose new fabrics to avoid paying extra. Delivery was on time and courteous.
