If you’re shopping online for furniture, put down the phone and go see Kim at Bassett. She’s kind, super stylish, and has great design advice. She helped me and my partner pick out and customize a sectional and stay on budget. It meant a lot to get that level of support in a real life shopping experience rather than the online ordering I was contemplating. We’ve got a beautiful fully custom couch on the way. I’ll be back to Bassett in the future for sure
Layla Gully was great to work with from start to finish. She came out to my home, really took the time to understand the space and then presented thoughtful for plans along with a 3-D renderings to help bring everything to life. The whole process felt easy and well thought out. I am really glad with how everything came together. I highly recommend working with her.
Sanjay greeted us at the door and helped us tremendously. He made us feel comfortable mainly by having a no pressure on making a sale approach. He truly just knew the products and was happy to answers for us. Thanks Sanjay!
Lovely selection but Sanjay was very pushy and overwhelming
My boyfriend and I went here a few weeks ago to shop for our new apartment and had a great experience. Sanjay was super helpful and even though we had a small budget, he treated us like everyone else. He pointed out a lot of clearance and more affordable options to help us out. He even emailed us later that they found a foundation they could give us with our new mattress! We’re super excited to pick up our new furniture and will definitely be returning.
