Bassett Furniture will be my new go to location for ordering custom furniture, made in the US, at a reasonable price. I had a great instore experience and was very impressed with the number of fabric choices. Not only did my design consultant, Kim, provide a quick and efficient decision-making process, the chair was created and delivered on time just as ordered. Start to finish, a great experience and we are very happy with the new chair. I will be back to this brand and store location in the future.
Joanna Hallmark is the most helpful designer. We partnered so well together to serve my client. Johanna took my vision and built upon it, elevating the experience with my client with her amazing renderings and added recommendations. I will be partnering with Joanna on future projects!!!
Had lovely sales person, Joanna, help us throughout the purchase of our bed. We liked the Eden as it would ensure the mattress was a certain height as it’s difficult for me to go too low or bend down due to spine issues. We chose custom fabric & it arrived a month later. Unfortunately it wasn’t at all what we had chosen. The bed is actually much lower than it was compared to our previous bed & the whole reason for choosing the Eden was to ensure the height wasn’t an issue.
