Absolutely Love this company!! Clint and the guys that installed the pump were fantastic from start to finish. The company we used two years ago was not and took us for money. Bassett Drilling went above and beyond what needed to be done to make sure we had water running and everything was running smooth and efficiently when they were done. I would highly recommend them 100 percent.
They did an excellent job on the whole process from the first phone call to end of the job. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing a well drilled or general maintenance of an existing well. There should be more stars available for companies like this.
The guys that actually come out and work on your well are good guys. However, the guy on the phone that tells them where to go is not. (Clint Basset I'm guessing) He ignored my calls for 4 days had to call him from a unknown number to get him to answer. Then when I told him I needed my pump replaced he said to get out 1500 from my bank and let him know when I have it. Previous times he had his workers work on my well he would ask "you got my money?"
