Firstly the ICE form does not work. Secondly I fell and injured my knee to the point where I could not walk correctly and the pain was intense. The provider treated me as if I was an incompetent seeker(I was raised by a marine and was taught to handle pain differently) She made me feel as if I was a burden. I’m so fed up with this place in general. They put false information in my chart and I’ve been sent from person to person for almost a week and no one has taken me seriously.
From my ER visit to my surgery and inpatient stay, everyone was kind, caring, and professional! 10/10 recommend!
