We were first to rent our apartment. It was very nice. During the Christmas storm, our heat quit, along with others in the building due to the wind. Eric was there along with the repairman until late in the evening making sure that my wife and I and the other apartments had heat. They also have added online bill payments which Is very convenient.
Horrible landlords. Do not rent them.
