This was the first time I had visited her for a checkup. I felt she was not listening to me. No smile when she entered the examination room. Not even a hello! I felt as though I was just another “old person” that needed to be dealt with! I understand she is well educated. I felt that a bit more “bedside” manner is needed on her part and would go a longways! Thank You!!
