I was pleased with my overall experience. All staff were pleasant, introduced themselves and explained what they were doing. Dr. Botros reviewed my health information, asked questions, and discussed a plan of care with me including my feedback. The APRN was also excellent. I believe Great Plains has a great team in place at the Heart Institute.
Everyone listened and worked together well.
I saw Dr Botros recently, she was very pleasant and informative. I would highly recommend her. All office staff was very helpful and friendly.
