He's a decent doctor at best Didn't speak much Barely even interacted with my child at any of his appointments Then sent us on a goose chase to Kansas city Just to get sent back without care Now he's transferring my son's car without notice Again Decent care at best. Medical complex clinic does better work than this guy. I wish I could put zero stars
Dr. El Nabbout has seen my son for several years. He is very knowledgeable and straight to the point. He is extremely compassionate and cares about his patients. I've also had the pleasure of working with him for several years. I've seen his compassion, dedication, and empathy from both sides of the fence...and I trust this Physician with everything.
Very nice staff, Dr, EEG techs. All made us feel welcome and taken care of. The EEG tech was amazing at making my 2 year old feel calm and not freak out about the testing. Over all great experience. feel good knowing they are caring for my daughter.
Dr. El-Nabbout and his entire staff have been nothing but helpful, informative and compassionate. Three things deeply appreciated in a time of navigating my 12yo’s health journey, while also trying to keep strong and wear a brave face through legitimate concerns. Would recommend to anyone experiencing neurological concerns — thank you from the bottom of my heart for what you all do!
