you do not get a call back from the urse or the provider, my son has been a patient of his for years and years and all we've gotten is bare minimum explanations and unanswered questions we send to the nurse with no call back, if I knew where to report them for neglect I would, until I find my son a new neurologist i guess im stuck here with healthcare "professionals". Wichita sucks when it comes to having and hiring providers and nurses who actually care.
The WAIT time to just see the doctor is STUPID!!! 4 appointments now have never taken less then an HOUR! And that’s just waiting for the doctor!!! Just for him to walk in give 5 minutes and be out!!! I understand running behind but don’t call us back to the room just to sit in that little space for 40-55?minutes waiting for you!!! It unprofessional and honestly just out right RUDE!! And for the love of everything holy COMMUNICATE!! All the frustrations could be avoided!!!!
He's a decent doctor at best Didn't speak much Barely even interacted with my child at any of his appointments Then sent us on a goose chase to Kansas city Just to get sent back without care Now he's transferring my son's car without notice Again Decent care at best. Medical complex clinic does better work than this guy. I wish I could put zero stars
