We took a necklace in to be fixed and the switched the chain and claimed it was impossible that they made a mistake. The classic bait and switch. Beware - stay out of this store at all costs - Dishonest with a simple 14K chain can you imagine what they are doing with their watches and diamonds????
I brought a bracelet to have a minor repair, when I went to pick it up is was broken. They refused to take responsibility for it, and dismissed me by saying "there is nothing we can do"! I am going to small claims court to have them reimburse me for the monies I spent to have the bracelet fixed correctly. They LIE! and do not take responsibility for their errors. This bracelet is precious to me as it was my Mom's, and I have worn it since she died. Stay away !!!!
Terrible jeweler. Bought diamond earrings and a diamond fell out in the first week. I'd never shop there again

I wish I could give this business negative stars. Be very careful what you buy there. Their merchandise is not only marked up significantly, they lie about the materials used. I would never buy anything from them ever again. They are a bunch of low gypsies from Europe...sorry but being from Europe I can spot them from a mile away. Do yourself a favor and never shop here.

I have been buying from Bassano for the last 21 years since they first open. I am always happy with what i buy from them. The costumer service is amazing and i would not go anywhere else. They have the most stunning jewlery in all of the city. I highly recommend you shop at this store!! THey really have great service!! There is not one thing that ive bought that i was no happy with. Whenever i had a problem with something i went back to the store and they fixed it for me right away without any problems!
