I, like so many others here , had a markedly poor experience with this company due to customer service. Product is great, Jeremy… Made the whole customerservice relationship fall apart. I have no idea how he still has his job after what me and numerous other people in these reviews have gone through on account of him. Had this header for a little over a year for my 2018 street glide special. This is very poor and weak quality. The weld on the crossover broke all the way off and the front/lower pipe all but broke in half. Now I cant even get anyone from bassanni customer service to return my calls or emails. STAY AWAY FROM BASSANNI PIPES!
Sent them numerous emails about my exhaust and never heard from them. Poor customer service
I love the design of the product, but I’m having a quality issue. I tried calling several times and messaged on different platforms and have gotten no response. Please reach out and give me your input so that I can change my score.
Great customer service, great products. Jeremy helped me out when my end cap on my exhaust came loose, my fault, and was lost while on the road. I submitted some photos and they sent share parts out immediately. Couldn't ask for better customer service. 10/10.
