Rude, slow to respond
Always very pleasant.
Testified in court about my loved one without even reviewing all of her medical records. Meaning he was offered money to say what opposing councel needed him to say. While being cross examined he was presented with “ALL” medical records that he conveniently didn’t review. This doctor’s expert opinion didn’t sound very expert at all.
Though it has been about a year, Dr. Bassanelli has been effective, caring and possesses superior listening, validation and counselling skills. When I'm at a standstill, he has the ability to ellicit appropriate responses from me but at my choosing and level of comfort. Still a work in progress, I feel I have improved enough to live in the world from a better spot. I am a physician myself. Tony was my neighbor in Buffalo, NY. He gave me a private consultation AT HIS HOME! A brilliant doctor. You feel like you are talking to your brother. If he accepts you as a patient you are lucky.
