My provider, Holly, has been amazing. Listened like no other psychiatric prescriber has. The evening I was about to move to Virginia, Marsha, who provided text support, worked exceptionally hard to find a pharmacy and insurance coupon that worked to get me my meds before the move.
My gratitude and praise for Bass Wellness Center is endless. Dr. Shaw and his admin team are thorough, kind, understanding, and endlessly helpful with helping me manage my mental health. Unfortunately I won’t even get to see a provider here because after booking a consultation, my appointment was confirmed and then quickly canceled only an hour and half after making it because I didn’t send a photo of my insurance card immediately. There were 20 forms to fill out online before seeing someone as well, which I found extremely overwhelming.
Drew is highly professional and knowledgeable in many areas of life’s work and personal struggles. Drew is able to ask precise questions to pinpoint a solution one’s issues. Drew is able to guide individual clients/patients in the proper direction in a very short period of time, versus others in similar areas of practice, who would take much longer.
