RecommendedFantastic service! I had been told by another mechanic there was no issue with a noise I had been hearing so I brought my car by for a second opinion. In less than a hour they had found the problem, brought the piece out for me to see what they were talking about and promptly fixed it for a very reasonable price! Amazing service-I’d definitely recommend Bass Tire to everyone!! Took my car in on a Saturday at 10:30 and it was done by 12!! They’re fast, easy to talk to, great at explaining your options and what they need to fix, and genuinely care about what’s best for your vehicle.
What everyone else said. I just drove four miles past Discount Tire (where the price was slightly cheaper) to go here. Greeting was as if I were a friend. Joked around. Honest, no upselling. Fresh coffee, a basket full of sausage biscuits from Hardee's, fast wi-fi, and the morning newspaper. Customer service is world class. Y'all need to give Comcast's customer service dept. lessons!
