We had a remodel done in our master bathroom. The company we hired to do it got partially through the project and couldn't finish. That company called and recommended Phillip and his company. Phillip and his team came in, tore out part of what the other company had done incorrectly and finished the job. They did an outstanding job! 2 years ago Phillip B*** did the tile work in a house we bought in Fultondale. Kitchen floor, 2 bathrooms, the foyer and laundry/mud room. Phillip showed up on time for the estimate appointment. Gave us a very competitive price(he wasn't the lowest nor was he the highest), we agreed on price. He gave me a start date and started on that day. Due to a shower renovation in July, I had a leak that wet the kitchen ceiling below and could not use the it for 2 months after having 2 other people try to fix it. When I called Mr. Bass, he came over, looked at the job, explained what was needed, and guaranteed the work would be done right. Since 10-11-16, it has been fine and there have been no problems with daily use. I would recommend and use Bass Tile again.
