We could not have asked for a more compassionate group of people than the staff at Bass Smith during the services for my father. Grief is a hard time for anyone, but Chris and Patrick really went the extra mile to ensure our family was taken care of. They showed such respect and reverence when handling the transfer of dad. We will forever be grateful for the kind hearts who helped us navigate this most difficult loss.
I could not have been mored please with the amount of thoughtfulness and amazing support my family received during the passing of my husband. We requested that they not wear coats or ties and that we preferred jeans or overalls and they abided to our wishes. I thank them so much.

Most recently my sister passed away at home and the gentlemen that came out to the home were so patient and kind to my mother. Rosemary, Mitch and the rest of the staff did a fantastic job of honoring my mother’s wishes and helping those of us she left behind to navigate through the decision making process. The facilities and professionalism are unmatched and they were there every minute to ensure an outstanding celebration of life/memorial service. I’ll be forever grateful for their compassion.
