I've been wearing glasses for over 20 years which means I've seen plenty of different optometrist. Dr. Bass was by far the most thorough of all the optometrist I've ever seen, across multiple countries and states. She invested a significant amount of time into the exam, explaining what she was doing, checking, double checking, reviewing, etc... Dr. Sherry Bass was recommended to me by a great friend. Two of my children have been having difficulty in school and a visual exam was recommended. She did both exams and gave me diagnosis. I asked her if she could give me a letter to present to the school and she said no problem, four months later I asked for the letters because they were never given to me and I was told their was a $50. charge for each letter.
