How in the world this company gets five star reviews is beyond me. They came out to fix an issue with our septic system and after 5+ hours and $500 nothing was fixed. I finally asked them to leave because it was obvious they didn't know what they were doing. Very unknowledgeable and unprofessional in my opinion. Update. I found a legitimate septic system company. The owner came out this morning, diagnosed the problem in 10 minutes, and fixed it in less than 5. He then spent an hour fixing the mess Bass made! Only $200.
Another unscrupulous company falsely reported issues with my septic system to run up a high bill during my home sell inspection. Bass came out the following day and provided proof that those issues were bogus. For my piece of mind, I had them inspect everything and found the box and filter could use an update. They completed the job the same day for a reasonable price and provided documentation and pictures to add to my MLS disputing the bogus claims! I would definitely recommend them!
Ms. Terry and Malcolm were absolutely wonderful! Ms. Terry is clearly an expert in what she does and she was such a joy to talk with as well. She discovered and fixed the problem with our septic tank that would not drain, and now it works as good as new. She went above and beyond to find the root of the problem and addressed it at the source instead of just treating the symptoms of the problem, and I really appreciate that. I would undoubtedly recommend Bass Service Company to anybody who has any kind of septic tank need!
