Ms. Terry and Malcolm were absolutely wonderful! Ms. Terry is clearly an expert in what she does and she was such a joy to talk with as well. She discovered and fixed the problem with our septic tank that would not drain, and now it works as good as new. She went above and beyond to find the root of the problem and addressed it at the source instead of just treating the symptoms of the problem, and I really appreciate that. I would undoubtedly recommend Bass Service Company to anybody who has any kind of septic tank need!

Eddie and Terry repaired and updated a septic system that his father installed in the 1970s. No one at Environmental Services had ever encountered such a sophisticated mound system.
