Over the past several months Sean did an outstanding job in getting my roof repaired. He went above and beyond to make sure that all aspects of the job were done
My sister had used Bass Roofing and recommended I use them as well. Sean West met with me and worked with me throughout the process. My original decking was not in good shape, so that was replaced along with a new roof. Sean's team did a great job and made sure everything was cleaned up when they left. I would definitely use them again.
On Wednesday we had a storm and unfortunately it removed a portion of my shingles that went all the way to the ridges on the corner of my roof. I called and spoke with Sean that same day and sent photos. Within minutes I received a likely quote and the following morning he arrived and completed the job and stayed within the agreed upon quote. My roof was literally fixed within 24 hours. The crew was efficient and Keith Kellar answered all of our questions and guided us through the process. They made a frightening experience easier for us and we have a beautiful roof!
