Had Sean West come out to inspect my roof for a new build. He was very thorough finding any issues so the builder could make repairs/ corrections. He took outstanding care and provided amazing customer service! I was very pleased with the work your crew did for me at my office in Ranger. Bill Taylor is a very good representative for your company. It took a little longer than I preferred to get the job scheduled, but I am not complaining. It was at a very busy time. Keep up the good work, but I do hope I won't be needing you for a long time. When I called the answered right away and they had their guys out here within 24 hours to fix it. They did a great job and the guys were very respectful. I would recommend bass roofing to anybody and their warranty. They stand behind it.
