We had our son there from 2021 with dr berrick she was and is wonderful. Then she left and they switched us to Dr. Zito. I can’t speak to her capabilities as a doctor but before we ever got a chance to have an appointment we called the after hours call center because our son was sick and they told us to go to the office so we drove there on the weekend and it was closed so we called back and the call center was a bit rude about it but apparently there was a miscommunication and we needed to go to another office in a very rud... read more
They are the best!!
Whenever I need help or support because my daughter is sick, they do not answer the phone. When they do answer, they usually just tell us to stay home instead of providing the necessary support while she is ill. They say they are on call, but they do not offer the proper assistance when my baby needs care outside of scheduled appointments. She only receives support when she already has an appointment with the pediatrician. Other than that, there is no real support, even during on-call hours.
