Our Bass Properties apartment at Parkside/Park Side (2519 Wallace Ave., Louisville, Ky 40205) had cockroaches (many the size of my thumb or larger), paper-thin walls, and loud, unruly neighbors. And after faithfully paying our rent in full and on time, when we were finally able to escape, the company returned almost none of our security deposit. Predatory and malignant, and in no way trustworthy.
