Great selection and fair prices but customer service etiquette is lacking. We had two staff members give us rude responses when we asked to get a locked item. My buddy accidently asked an older lady at the hunting counter and she said "Go ask Paul in Optics so you don't bother my other guests." A simple "Sorry I don't have access but Paul can help you out." Would've been just fine. Then when it came to Paul and he wanted bring up semantics about asking for product.
