How this store has a 4.4* avg is baffling to me. I remember when they first opened the store the place was alive with employees that would gladly help you. Now it seems like all the employees there don't want to be there. Every employee I've dealt with they're on my last couple visits takes forever to do really simple tasks. The general atmosphere in the store is a bit depressing these days. Their online prices don't match their in-store prices. Their prices are also not at all competitive with other retailers.
