The boating center is terrible, they have very little customer service. Go to a real boat dealer and save your time off to be on the water. Wish I could give 0 stars, they jerked me around and then sent one of my hold items (with a deposit) to another store. I have never had an issue with the store itself, but my first ever experience with the boat/ power sports center makes me question how this company as whole views its customers.

The workers are so nice but the boat buying process is so slow! They do not give fair value trade and less than a months time they went down over 2,500 trade in value on a 2023 lund boat with a 2024 trailer, giving me 9k was gonna give me 11,500 but went down. Told me it would take 3 days time to value my trade in inspection. Super nice people but if your wanting something before a particular time or in season, do not pick here. Super slow process, the slowest I've ever experienced.
