We purchased a gun safe today and when we got to the back to pick it up they wouldn’t help load it into the truck with a fork lift and pallet jack right there. If that is their policy it should have been stated before we purchased it. We have bought 2 other safes from Bass Pro/Cabelas and never had this experience. I will no longer shop at this particular store.
Jeremiah was so kind in trying for an hour to find someone to help us in the Archery department. Robert had just came on shift. He helped me and my son check over the new bow he got as a gift. Robert made sure the pressure was appropriate, the string was in good condition, and that my son was able to use it as designed. Robert also made sure I had appropriate information regarding the bow and adjustments made. We were so pleased with making the trip here.
Very polite and professional staff. Clean and well organized store. My one criticism is add more employees to the firearms section. Or have an employee or a line dedicated to just ammunition. There's no reason to have two employees and seven customers standing around.
