I've been to other Bass Pro Shops and never been treated like I did at Huntsville, AL location. As soon as I walked in the door I was harassed about joining the Pro Club. I went specifically for my husband's boots and as soon as I stepped away to look at another I was harassed yet again by 2 more people. I finally just walked away after telling the guy NO 3 times. Daniel in the gun department was probably the best person I've dealt with on a customer service level, let alone a stranger on the phone. I received my item and I was exceptionally pleased with how I was taken care of at this store.
