I just spent over an hour waiting in a que to purchase a pistol and 30 min of it was a young employee trying to sell a pistols to a younger woman that didn't know anything about guns at all and was struggling aith basic gun safety after multiple times told. Everyone else in line knew exactly what they wanted.... and he was one of 2 people that could sell guns. The other guy had to take a break after running multiple sales.
