I purchased a Remington 660 hunting rifle. I had it shipped to my Cabela’s, I asked him to please double wrap the gun in the box because FedEx is hard on guns from the reviews that I have read on the website. He told me not to worry that they would double bubble wrap it. I drove hour away to pick my gun up, When I got to Cabela’s the guy came out to give me my gun and the gun was broken in half. The staff are nice and friendly and fast service
For firearms counter, cashiers are great. Problem is that they don't have enough staff to run it. Each customer takes on average 15 minutes and there is a digital line. I fell on #14. That's over a 3 hour wait for a simple prechecked pickup. Loss some sanity. Please hire more staff!
