So much for getting pictures when promised. We were promised our pictures would be ready by Tuesday. I call today and I was told they could not check to see if they were ready but they would call when they were ready. Why could they not check on the status? I rate the store poor because I have only had a couple of dealings and I am totally dissatisfied. I bought a small 3.5 horsepower Mercury outboard in 2011 when they had a promotion for a free 5 year gold standard warrantee. Sounds great, right? The first time I took the motor out on my 10 foot jon boat (that day)it died and would not start. My buddy and I had to oar in about a mile. I asked for a new motor and was denied. They worked on it and said it had a loose plastic piece in the carbuerator. The motor still had a 'dead'... read more
