I ordered a Browning BL-22 lever action rifle from Bass Pro Shops online. The gun was to be delivered for pick up at the Hampton Store. I made a firearm purchase online on 12/2/2023. The rifle was supposed to arrive in the Broken Arrow store within 5-10 days. I chatted in on 12/11 and was told it was at the store and I should give it 24-48 hours for confirmation to come pick up the item. I waited 3 days and chatted in again on 12/14 and by noon I received a phone call explaining they "didn't check it in properly" and that it was ready.
