Worst customer service ever! I was in the store well before closing to buy some shoes. I could find no one to help. When I did see someone, they ducked into the stockroom. When I asked for help, I was rudely told that the store was closed and had the door slammed in my face! Done with Bass Pro Shops. I drove 30 minutes to get there and was told the store was closed! I went in to get my firearm safety certificate and it turned into a very satisfying experience.
Not everyone knows that there is a free photo taken to take home for most holidays which makes it our favorite place. Not to mention the 🐊 mac n cheese at the restaurant 😋
