Was there 9hrs just buying a gun they need a new system manager sucks
Great store overall but cannot give a 5*. Had to ask many staff for help and they said they were busy. I approached the fire arms section as they had approx 7 staff and took a ticket. I was next in line, waited approx 1.5 hours and still number did not move. I approached 1 bloke excusing the conversation about absolutely nothing on topic and he told me that I needed to take a ticket and wait in line.�. I received the best customer service this pass Tuesday. Bought back 3 broken combos I got online. Was such a easy transaction. Ladies up front was so nice and helpful. The guy in the fishing department switched my line over to the new combos.
I truly enjoy just walking around with my 2 year old. We go often. Our last visit was for the Halloween festivities but my little guy was not interested. Can't wait for the Christmas fun. Thank you for always having something for the wee little ones to do. I truly hope to make Santa's arrival this year, we were 5 minutes late last year. I love the fish tank and the pics and events for kids. Some of the nature food snacks look amazing. I keep going. Also the food at the restaurant is great.
