This is a very good store and has just about everything anyone would need but is also a great store to loaf around in and just to take it easy and look at all the big boats. Alot of the men employees seem very nice and respectfull, No not saying that i,am gay as i,am not but the woman employees need a bit of work ti inprove as they are not very helpfull to others. I was in there today there are a few issues but not worth talking about i still say a very good 4 star rating..

I have bringing my daughter here since she was an infant to see Santa. We have always looked forward to it. This year was a huge disappointment because you had to evidently be there before Santa even came out to get a time slot for later in the day. This was a Monday afternoon and not something we were expecting. Last year, we were able to come in on a weekend, get a ticket for about a half hour later. Santa's workshop/wonderland(whatever it is) is a joke! You get there at 10:30 (they opened at 10:00) and get in line to have 1 picture taken with Santa for your 1 year old. They look at you and tell you to get a "time card" over at the depot, I walked over to get a "time card" and it says NOON- um NO! I'm not standing in line for 2 hours (with a 1 year old!) when they weren't very busy at all! Anyone and everyone you talk to says they don't follow the "time cards" anyway so why have them?! Visited Santa Workshop for photos, which had a decent play area for children and the photo setup was well done. My only issue is 3 people are given same timeslot in half hour increments, so its too tight, then photographer didnt want to even take 2 shots and had to make an excuse just to try again. They werent running behind, so what gives? Needless to say, the rush job picture is not what I anticipated. I suppose demanding another try would have been received the same, which I find undesirable to get decent service.
Always enioy shopping here and my kiddo got his first picture with santa :) and it came with such a cute frame! Thanks bass pro!
