We bought a Pontoon Boat at Bass Pro in Grapevine this week. Everyone involved was so helpful and nice. A young man named Hayden did a great job explaining and showing us everything about our new boat. It was a great experience and we love our new boat!
Don't buy your boat here. You get a Tracker 7 year warranty with your new boat, but takes them 2 months (in my case) to finally get a case open on the defects that the LEMON-Boat I purchased has and now they are telling me 5-6 weeks to look at the thing. It has been a constant run-around for 2 months (since I bought it) and now service is going to take 5-6 weeks to replace a DEFECTIVE FISH FINDER and a WATER LEAK that the new boat came with?
