My family visited your store tonight at 6pm to take their 3 year old granddaughter to see Santa Claus. They dressed her up in her beautiful ruffled dress just for Santa. Sadly, she was not able to see "my Santa" because your store passed out tickets before time and they were turned away before Santa's arrival time at 8pm. Store managers were confronted and were extremely hateful and could care less that a sweet child is balling her eyes out to see "my Santa". We hope no other child tonight leaves your store disappointed!
Great service, great prices, and an excellent location.
Dang place was too crowded for 1... but what can you expect BPS is the mecca of everything outdoors..... great place ,clean ,plenty of help and quick checkout......the only complaint is sales taxes are too high in that area
Very rude staff in the Santa wonder land ..staff member decides to yell at my wife because our two year old was playing in a ball pit that was put up in the store . This pit was keeping him calm he was playing not hurting anyone my wife was there watching him the whole time. A staff member yells at my wife in front of other people to get him out . So just to let you know our family will no longer drive a hour away to come to this store again .
Not impressed I'll just keep hitting up my local bass pro in sevierville
Bass Pro is not for me, but the hubs loves it. LOVES it ! So, I love the "bored wife section" at the front of the store so I can sit and read in big comfy chairs! Thanks for that! Now, craft stores need to have some place for him to sit when I drag him shopping for crafty things!
