I placed an order online and picked it up without any delays or problems. We had fun browsing through the store and my son played games that were set up. Great, fun experience!
I took my family to do pictures with santa. Love you guys do this but please have your safe have patience especially dealing with children. Their are so many who need jobs. These people had no people skills. Second my husband and I bought stuff even a gun and when I went to give my rewards card they cashier told me our servers are down and we aren't currently taking them. Thank you Bass Pro Shop for the yearly Santa and Games tradition!!! The most realistic looking Santa there is. Thanks for the FREE photos of the grandbabies with Santa, the wood photo frame, the coupon for a free entree for both grandchildren at Uncle Bucks restaurant there, the giant burlap toy bags they colored and got to bring home, all the game activities for the kids to do and more!!! This is a yearly tradition that will continue on and on!!! Merry Christmas!!!
Ordered items online, thought picking them up at store that they would pull from the store because every item i ordered is available at store, thought I could just run by n grab them consider it's about an hour drive for me but was told they are on a truck somewhere n don't know if the truck will be here before Christmas so with over 300$ worth of gifts out there floating around my kids may not have those to open an if so I will return them all n never order from them again. We went straight in to do some shopping got tickets for both our kids to see Santa I don't think we waited maybe 10 minutes to see Santa over all it was a great experience
