By two they paid for everything. By 2:30 they opened an electricity account and an application for paying insurance for us. The apts are old they need remolding I don’t mind paying more rents but I want some amenities and updated kitchen and bathroom. No a/c in units is awful no pets but everyone has cats cigarettes and pot stinks. The balconies are so cheap you got to check it out. Hopefully new management co will modernize the dingy smelly apts and hallways.
My mother is a resident and I can't say enough good things about the people who run these apartments. I know she's safe and the apartments are well maintained.
