We built a new home in a development and Bass was the plumbing sub that the builder used. Frankly for a new home, we have had more plumbing problems than would be expected in the first six years. When we first moved in, we had to call them multiple times for the humidistat's drain that was kinked and overflowing in our basement, it took 3 calls before they finally replaced the cheap tubing they used with actual plastic pipe. Have used Bass Plumbing for a number of years now. They've always been there when they said they would. The job is always done professionally and with reasonable prices. I highly recommend them.

I hired Bass Plumbing to do a few tasks for a bathroom renovation. One job entailed reinstalling my toilet after having the bathroom floor retiled. Their service technician decided it would be appropriate to install my toilet on a flange that was not bolted to the floor in ANY way. I discovered this issue after the toilet starting to leak from too much movement (because it wasn’t bolted to the floor), breaking the wax seal.
